This website is operated by Henelshop, a sole proprietorship registered in France under business identification number SIRET 903 579 837 00019, with its registered office in Saint-Gratien, France.

2. Orders and Payment

Orders can be placed directly through our website. We accept payments by credit card, PayPal, and other secure online payment methods. Orders are shipped only after payment has been received in full. All prices are in euros (€) and include VAT where applicable.

3. Delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided during the order process and depend on the chosen carrier. MOB LINKS cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels resulting from incorrect delivery information provided by the customer. In case of delay or loss caused by the carrier, MOB LINKS will assist the customer with the claim process.

4. Right of Withdrawal and Returns

In accordance with the French Consumer Code, customers have a 14-day withdrawal period from the date of delivery to cancel their purchase, without providing any reason. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or mistakes on our part. Customized items, discounted products, or items related to hygiene (e.g., underwear, swimwear) cannot be returned. For more details, please refer to our Return Policy.

5. Legal Warranties

All our products are covered by:

• The legal guarantee of conformity (Articles L217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code), valid for 2 years from delivery.
• The legal guarantee against hidden defects (Articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code).

All content on this website (including images, texts, logos, and graphics) is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, distribution, or unauthorized use is strictly prohibited.

7. Liability

MOB LINKS cannot be held liable for any indirect damages arising from the use of its products. Our liability is limited to the total amount of the order placed by the customer.

9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, France.

10. Consumer Mediation
