Refund & return policy

At MOB LINKS, we believe in customer satisfaction and the quality of our products. However, we understand that exceptional circumstances may arise, requiring our customers to request a refund. We are committed to providing you with a clear and transparent refund process. Please read the following guidelines carefully:

1. General Refund Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags and packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within seven (7) days from the date of purchase or delivery, whichever comes first.
  • Sale, discounted, or customized items are generally non-refundable, unless the product is defective.


2. Return Process

  • To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at themoblinks@gmail.com to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
  • Carefully pack the returned items, making sure to include the RAN inside the package.
  • Return shipping costs are generally the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of defective products or errors on our part.


3. Refunds

  • Once we have received and inspected your return, we will process your refund within ten (10) days of receiving the items.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, unless otherwise agreed.


4. Defective Items or Order Errors

  • If you receive a defective item or if we made an error with your order, please notify us within ten (10) days of receipt.
  • We will arrange the return of the item at our expense and issue a full refund, including the initial shipping costs.


5. Order Cancellation

  • If you wish to cancel your order before it has been shipped, please contact us immediately. If the order has not yet been processed, we will cancel it and issue a full refund.
